does anybody know when the movie came (comes..) out? not even wikipedia knows!!! i hope frank dillane plays artemis… he seems devious looking… artemis kises somebody??????? wow. puberty must really be dementing… shreds everybit of dignity.. not that im against that kiss thing…umm..er….. the eternity code was hillarious!! sorry if i seem dumb and offending…i just picked up the series and finished in a week.i cant wait for the seventh book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Colfer,
I just finished reading The Time Paradox (I know, I’m horribly behind.) and I had to find out if there was going to be another. It was absolutely amazing. I loved every minute I spent reading it. It would be wonderful if you would write another. The book tied up many loose ends, but it also created plenty more just waiting to be finished.
As for the movie, I definitely think it should be live-action over CGI. Of course, there will have to be computer-generated effects, but I much prefer the feel of live-action movies over CGI. I’ll be sure to see it either way though.
Airman is next on my plan of things to read. I picked it up not too long ago and can’t wait to get started.

I read the first Artemis Fowl book when I was 11, and seven years later, I still love them!!! I BEG you to write more! Yes, you tied up some loose ends in the sixth AF, but you created some with the whole kiss thing (whiuch I saw coming, btw). Don’t leave us hanging!!! – Lyn

hi Mr. Colfer,
your artemis series is great. you definitely tied up some loose ends in the 6th book, but the series is still wide open, and i just don’t want this to be the last one. the characters are so well-defined, from the protagonist artemis to the not so significant chix verbil. i admire the way you handled some complex scientific conceptions (e.g. space-time continuum, time travel etc.) and described them in a way that is extremely easy to understand. this is the first time i visited your site, and i love your way of interacting through video blogs.

Hello, Mr. Colfer.

I found the Artemis Fowl series to be well written. I’m now a big fan of Artemis and Holly (as in together), and thought that the Time Paradox delved into their relationship. I think Artemis was thinking something along the lines of “Oh, crap. there goes my chances…” (just kidding by the way), but anyways, I really liked the time paradox. Thanks for reading my personal thoughts (if you do, I’ll find a way to send you a cookie (digital or otherwise)) and good luck with the next Artemis Fowl book if there is one.

I want you to continue the series! (if that matters)
I’m a bit skeptical about the movie. I really don’t like my imagination shattered or altered by the screen…, I might still watch it.
also… maybe it was just me, but the A+H thing worked when H was a “teenager,” but once they got back, and she got back her matured body it seemed kind of weird. I always wondered if you were going to spark something with them, but she’s OLD! (even if she doesn’t look it). I thought she always thought of him as a kid.
I liked it though =D and it was intriguing (don’t know if that’s the right word) when the spark was left dangling, weird as it was. Maybe it would work if she stayed in her teenage state.

Im soo glad to hear about the movie…..I’m thinking that it will sell better than Harry Potter, Myself and my brother have read every book as they came out, and we would both would love a chance to have a part in the film when it gets to that stage. I know that saying this is probably wasted but you never you, if you don’t ask you don’t get……good luck with all your future productions by the way,

Yeah, my reaction is pretty much the same as the girl who posted before me. This is a brilliant series, with brilliant characters, a brilliant storyline, and a brilliant concept. I absolutely love you for writing this, and really hope you will write a seventh book. I’ve loved every second of Artemis’ moral education, and I can’t express my joy at having found him truly repulsed by his former self.

Just out of curiosity, “The Supernaturalist”, are you planning to write a sequel? I’ve been looking around for information on a sequel, but nothing has come up, so i thought best to ask you, for obvious reasons.

Anyway, congratulations on being such a top-rate author, and I wish you all the best for your future publications

Mr. Colfer,
I just finished reading The Time Paradox (nonstop…except for some sleep). It was SUCH a surprise to find it already out in stores! I had been waiting so long for it, and I guess I just missed the date. But I just had to say that it was simply AMAZING. The Eternity Code had always been my favorite of the series, but Time PAradox bumped that one down to second favorite – no question! That book was UTTERLY amazing. You did an excellent job tying everything together, which I loved, and I REALLY loved, ahem, the couple of choice. That was just excellent. Naturally, like all your fans, a 7th book would indeed be marvelous, though that three year wait will be HARD. But I’ll look forward to it every day! Gosh, I’m still feeling giddy about it, and I finished it…half an hour ago? Thanks so much for the wonderful read!
